Career Service, Handelshogskolan Gothenburgh:Welcome to the School of Business Economics and Law The Swedish system of higher education is adapting to the Bologna process The purpuse of which is to harmonize the higher education systems of the European countries Higher education is divided into three levels undergraduate including Bachelor degree master´s studies including Degree of Master and research studies The School provides undergraduate master and research studies in business administration economics economic history economic geography human geography law and statistics Most of the teaching is conducted in Swedish If you do not speak or understand Swedish there are two alternatives for you to study at the School at the undergraduate level * You can come as an exchange student from one of our partner universities * You can apply for one of our Master Programmes at the Graduate School taught in English See “Undergraduate Studies” To be eligible for the courses and programmes taught in Swedish you have to have studied “Swedish B” in the Swedish upper secondary school A one-year beginner’s course in Swedish is offered by the Faculty of Arts at the University of Gothenburg
