Our hotel management team works in the "Garden of England", the beautiful south coast of Kent. Hotel 92 is located near to the beach and is very busy throughout the year.
Join our team and you will be given management tasks and operations for the hotel, providing support to our team colleagues as well as customers on a daily basis.

You and your team will be processing customers' check-in and check-out as well as dealing with availability planning and the management of all support tasks in the hotel. Furthermore you will be a general contact person for all customers, you will take care of their needs and provide the best possible solution to their enquiries.

In addition to that, you will support the reservation team by processing reservations and enquiries through the internet and telephone. You will gain practical skills of general housekeeping, with a focus on room preparation and hygiene, and also be responsible for the planning and preparation of food for your customers and team colleagues.

Therefore we welcome interns with excellent manners and communication skills, as well as management knowledge, who are willing to develop and improve their skills for a successful future management career.

We expect you to be an open minded, friendly person, with basic PC knowledge in word processing and internet use.
